House project to be built in the suburbs of Moscow
Logistics center building in the north of Amsterdam. The project is about a 3 floors (ground, 1st & 2nd) in concrete with craft company’s. Those floors can be reached by very big transportation elevators which can transport vans / trucks. The upper floors are offices with a wood construction. There a 4 separate office buildings. The lowest office part has 1 floor (and a roof structure), the highest office part has 4 floors (and a roof structure). Every part has its own roof structure and roof garden. The roof structures have a greenhouse (glass) appearance and are connected with the elevator / stairs area (also in glass). It is planned to plant a huge amount of greenery on the upper part of the building to create a comfortable environment.
We continue to work on the visualization of the «European coast» microdistrict which is being built by our client, the developer Brusnika. It is located in Novosibirsk on the banks of the Ob River. The project consists of houses of variable number of storeys, urban villas, blocks and towers. Twenty-six houses are inhabited, eight more are under construction. In the «European Coast» there are playgrounds for children, playgrounds for mini-football, streetball and volleyball, outdoor exercise machines. The courtyards of the microdistrict are closed from cars and represent a green garden for residents to relax. Along the coast, the embankment is being landscaped with public playgrounds for games and sports, a climbing wall, pedestrian walkways and bike paths.
On the morning of the 20th September 2017, Hurricane Maria made landfall in Puerto Rico as a Category 5 storm, bringing winds of 160 mph and 45 inches of rain to an island that. The Eye on the Rainforest Sustainable Forestry Project, lay directly in her path.
The future of this project involves land-restoration and the design of buildings to withstand increasing, future climate challenges. The long-term involves continuing forest research, planting trees, seed collection, care, raising, and harvesting of valuable hardwoods for use, and the initiating of conferences, and seminars in sciences. The first phase of this plan is to initiate the construction of several small casitas/bungalows that can be used by volunteers and also to be used as part of an enterprise for conferences, workshops, recreation, and arts.
Director, Thrity Vakil, architect, David Henebry, and engineer, Freddy Dempster, have collaborated with XformVisual studio. The final designs of these casitas have been brought into existence, with emphasis on hurricane proofing, ease of building techniques, availability of materials, and cost. They are designed to be small but large enough to have a double bed with a small living area, a bathroom and a deck to enjoy the mountain views.
This is planned neighborhood with the possibility of outdoor-life and recreation in its greenery. In an area right outside of Borås, city center – Sweden. Garden life and botanic diversity with fruit trees and the chance to live sustainably. Houses in two types, with a simple yet elegant look which serve and function as the perfect family-residence.

We were so inspired by the photos of a residential building project from the Australian company Matt Gibson Architecture + Designthat so we decided to recreate it using computer graphics.
It was a very unusual and interesting project. The visualization was made to order a French Agency, but I decided to slightly modify and Refine the project for fun. I really hope that I was able to convey the atmosphere of a French morning.
